On May 25th, we conducted the final lecture of our Kesif-Ilham Dirlik from our usta İbrahim Hakkı Yazıcı with the participation of the Hamilik Okulu Vakfı directors Mr. Barbaros Ceylan, Mr. Ahmet Albayrak and Mr. Süleyman Özdil and Our Usta’s.
Before the lecture, we had a picnic with our students and conversed with each other.
The Kesif-Ilham Dirlik is an adventure of self discovery for those aspiring to be explorers.
Throughout our journey our students received each lecture from different “Usta”s.
We delved deep into the concepts of discovery and inspiration. We pushed our imagination through various activities and learned what it means to stay in the flow.
We also explored epigenetics and discovered how we carry the universe’s mysteries within us and how to begin uncovering them. In the session Marvel & Inspiration & Revelation, we discussed deriving innovation from nature through the concept of biomimicry and prepared presentations on the topic. We examined brain anatomy, delving into consciousness and the subconscious. Through design thinking techniques, we explored how to design our lives.
Finally, we analyzed the five DNA of the Discoverer: “associating,” “questioning,” “observing,” “networking,” and “experimenting.” We learned that these discovery skills, encompassing both cognitive and behavioral aspects, form the foundation for innovative business ideas.
In our last session, we discussed the similarities between humans and trees and created the metaphor of the Tree of Tevhid.
While the journey of self discovery may span a lifetime but we completed our preparation with a 12-week program.
We are looking forward to meeting again at the next Dirlik!
