On the 14th of October, we proudly held the opening ceremony and the inaugural lecture of the Hamilik Okulu Bosna Program at the Gazi Husrev Begova Library in Sarajevo.
We were honored to have esteemed guests at the event, including the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Sarajevo, Mr. Sadık Babür Girgin, the Rector of the International University of Sarajevo, Prof. Ahmet Yıldırım, and the Minister of Education and Culture of Sarajevo Canton, Ms. Naida Hota-Muminović, along with other guests from the industry and academia, as well as our dedicated students.
During the program, Mr. Mahir Agic, President of the Association Svitanje, delivered a warm welcome speech. The highlight of the program was the first lecture by Dr. Ahmet Albayrak, the co-founder, and deputy chairman of Hamilik Okulu.
Our students will continue to engage in weekly seminars throughout this 2-year program, which is an adapted version of the Hamilik Okulu Program in Istanbul, tailored specifically for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sarajevo.
Upon successful completion of the program, the most dedicated participants will have the exciting opportunity to pursue internships with Turkish companies aligning with their academic backgrounds and fields of study.
